400 torps to kill 4 frigs.
And the real problem is not a frig the real problem is cruisers. It doesent matter what you fire cruises or torps. Time to kill one cruiser is like time to kill BS's. This is realy stupid ( every non caldary BS's will do this 5 time faster ). In PvP all frig and cruisers will never use Mwd and in that case cruisers will be realy undestructable for Raven pilots. Dont mention for HAC.

The truth is that a POWERHOUSE OF THE CALDARI NAVY cant kill a single cruiser!!!

torps do more base dmg then cruises to frig. One cruise do 18-19 shield on sansha one torp do 24-25. I meen when frigs do not use MWD. Same is for cruisers torps do more base dmg then cruise. If frigs and cruises use MWD then again torp do more dmg then cruise. I have already 4 new skills at level 4 and for me most of them are nothing. Specialy target navigation prediction and guided missile precision. It doesent metter what level you have things are the same.

Im a Raven pilot and like my Raven, but this new skills are realy stupid or at least didnt work. I use EM torps and cruise against sansha even fit my Raven with both to see differences and that was real true. And target painters are stupid for use thay up dmg from 18 to 23-24. Again i say this dmg's are when the frig or cruisers do not use Mwd. And for me in real PvP battle you are flying at frig or cruiser you must be real stupid to use Mwd against missile boat.

All other ships can easy kill cruiser with his main guns. Thats impossible for Ravens now.
I see here friend who use mega and see his 425mm to do regulary 100-200 sometimes perfectly do 500-600 dmg to cruisers.
